We got the hair-brained idea to host a virtual customer service symposium with over 70 attendees and only two and a half weeks to plan! Alex made our event easy from the start and did a ton of legwork to customize her keynote perfectly for our audience. She was flexible, responsive and open to working with a brand new format for us.
